DO WE COLLECT SALES TAX?
In compliance with State laws, we are required to collect sales tax for the following states: CA, AR,
GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, NE, NV, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, RI, SD, TN, UT, VT, WA, WV, WI and WY.

WHEN WILL I GET CHARGED AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
We receive an authorization as soon as the order is placed. This will immediately affect the available balance. On most credit card accounts, this will be listed as a pending authorization and will most likely be listed on a separate part of your online statement. On a debit card, however, this authorization will look like a charge. Even though the funds are not yet transferred into our account until the item is actually shipped out, it will look just like any other transactional charge when you view your online statement.
HOW LONG DOES AN AUTHORIZATION REMAIN ON MY ACCOUNT?
This will vary from one financial institution to another. On most credit cards, the authorization will remain on the account for 7-10 business days. On debit cards, the authorization can remain on the account for as long as 30 days. For an exact timeframe, please contact your financial institution, and
they will be able to tell you how long they will hold an authorization.
IF I CANCEL MY ORDER, WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
If an order is cancelled before it is shipped, then yes. However, it may not be necessary, it may be a pending authorization on the account, but the funds transfer not yet completed. You can contact your
financial institution, and they will be able to tell you when that authorization will be released.

  • CLOTHES: based on weight of item (subject to change)
  • SHOES: based on weight of item (subject to change)


INSURCE AVAILABLE: 

Insurance is available on all furs for an additional charge. The cost of insurance varies based on price of fur. This is obtained with the shipping carrier on your behalf. It ensure your fur arrives and confirmation received. It also ensure that a failed attempt to deliver will be retried over the next 1-3 business days. 

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING
 In-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours. 
 Most orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days.
 Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require an additional shipping charge of $10.
